Bank of Luxemburg hired Cassandra Baeten as AG portfolio manager to retain and expand lending relationships with the bank’s agricultural and commercial customers. Her responsibilities will also entail managing an assigned credit portfolio, providing financial advice to customers, identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships, managing credit risk and responding to customer credit questions.
As a former credit analyst, Baeten brings over six years of banking experience. She has an associate degree in agribusiness from Fox Valley Technical College and is an FFA alum. Baeten is uniquely suited to understanding the financial needs of farmers as she also owns and operates a local dairy farm with her husband.
“As a former ag lender myself, I personally know the importance of our agriculture community and their role in our local economy,” shared Bank of Luxemburg President Tim Treml. “Bank of Luxemburg is a strong partner to area farmers and we’re excited to expand our staff to address their specific financial needs.”
