“I’m really proud of the services the new clinic has to offer. Not only are we happy to continue to provide therapeutic/medical massage but we are delighted to offer our clients a non-invasive, painless, body-contouring option with impressive, proven results. The Zerona z6 is the future of body contouring without surgery. It has been approved by the FDA as being a safe and effective treatment for circumferential reduction of the waist, hips, thighs, and arms. Clients can continue their daily routines immediately following a Zerona laser treatment, and there is no down-time, pain, or negative side effects associated whatsoever. For best results, we recommend 8 laser treatments, one 40 minute session approximately every other day over the course of two and a half weeks, at which time remarkable results are noticed. And last, but not least, we are really excited to announce that we will be providing Cryotherapy. Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) uses freezing temperatures to desensitize irritated nerves to reduce aches and pains. Your body is exposed to temperatures ranging from -166 to -202 Fahrenheit for 1-3 minutes. During that session, the body’s exposure to the cold results in vasoconstriction which decreases excessive inflammation through the body. Throughout the session, freezing cold temperatures stimulate cold receptors in the body initiating vasoconstriction as well as increasing the production of endorphins (hormones released in the brain and nervous system that reduce pain and discomfort). When you leave the chamber, your blood is vigorously pumped through the body, enhancing the oxygen supply and reducing the level of toxins in your blood. This practice was first utilized in Japan in 1979 as a successful treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. Studies conducted over the past two decades in Europe have established WBC as a powerful treatment for many inflammatory disorders and injuries. Professional athletes have also started to use WBC to aid in the reduction of recovery time after train and enhance athletic performance.”
