This summer, Howard kids and teens can enjoy free lunch meals at seven parks within the Village of Howard, thanks to collaborative efforts between the Wisconsin Department of Instruction, the Howard-Suamico School District and the Village of Howard.
The summer meal program offers all children under age 18 a free lunch. No application or registration is needed, and the program is open to all area youth. Adult caretakers also can eat for just $3. The meals must be consumed onsite.
The program runs Monday through Friday, starting June 10th and ending August 23rd. There will not be any meals served on July 4th and 5th. An online menu will be available the first day of the program. For more information, visit wisummerfood.org.
