UScellular Authorized Agent Cell.Plus has proudly served Wisconsin communities for over 30 years. Their Suamico store at 2304 Lineville Road continues to serve customers today as UScellular, while looking ahead with anticipation as T-Mobile guides the transition following its purchase of UScellular on August 1. Throughout this process, the trusted faces and personal care customers rely on remain the same.
Cell.Plus has been deeply rooted in Wisconsin for 30 years. Founded in 1995 in downtown Baraboo, the company’s corporate offices remain there today, anchoring its 18-store footprint across Central Wisconsin. From the very beginning, Cell.Plus has embraced a community-first approach, supporting organizations such as local Boys and Girls Clubs, food pantries, and parenting support programs. That tradition continues in Suamico, where customers are served by a local team committed to listening, helping, and investing in their community.
The first visible change at the Suamico store is a new indow sign reading, “UScellular is now part of T-Mobile.” While the store is not yet offering T-Mobile products or customer service, UScellular customers already have access to benefits such as dining and travel discounts. In addition, T-Mobile has shared that customers may experience improved coverage in certain areas as the two networks integrate.
The Wisconsin-based agency’s history of excellence has been recognized nationally as a 12-time Elite Performer Award winner from UScellular. This distinction is awarded to only a handful of agencies nationwide each year and highlights outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and community involvement.
Store Manager Tara DeLair shares in the excitement for what lies ahead. She noted that it has often been difficult to turn away customers from communities north of Suamico who wanted to do business with her store but were beyond UScellular’s service area. She added that some customers also needed more reliable options when traveling nationally or spending winters in the south. “I’m excited about the expanded offerings that will come as T-Mobile guides the transition,” DeLair said. “It means we’ll be able to help more of our neighbors, and that’s what motivates me and my team every day.”
Looking ahead, Cell.Plus is eager to continue building on its legacy of community support. “As we move forward, our commitment is to keep showing up for Suamico — through local events, partnerships, and initiatives that matter to the people we serve,” said Andrew Kamla, Owner and CEO of Cell.Plus. “The evolution to T-Mobile is powered by the commitment of both T-Mobile and UScellular to provide the best service possible at the best value, and we’re honored to bring that to life locally.”
