Are you in for some great fun celebrating the oldies of Buddy Holly? If you are, please join the Howard-Suamico Lions for an evening of dinner and the rollicking renditions of Buddy Holly by Daddy D. Bay Port’s own Darren Johnson is Daddy D. He and his troupe have put together “That’ll be the Day”, a memorable laugh-filled show of the Buddy Holly era.
Daddy D is joining the Lions Club for this event to help raise money for the many community projects the Lions Club sponsors. Such projects include diabetes awareness, eyeglass collection, prevent blindness programs, children’s vision screening, and the Lions Camp for handicapped children.
Te event will take place on Thursday, September 13th at 6:00 p.m. for dinner followed at 7:00 p.m. for the show at the Riverside Ballroom.
