If you have driven through the Village Center area or have enjoyed the Meadowbrook Trails, you probably have noticed the progress being made on the Howard Commons Activity Complex. Construction is on schedule for the facility to open August 1st, and while the crews are working hard on the physical space, a lot is happening behind the scenes too.
Last month, the Village of Howard hired Melissa Martinson as the Howard Commons Activity Complex Director. Melissa has been networking with local businesses and organizations and brainstorming activities and events to make sure the facility will be well utilized when it opens.
