She started as a receptionist and, motivated by her desire to contribute meaningfully to directly aid patients, she obtained her certification as a chiropractic technician.

Embracing the opportunity, Melanie went back to school and achieved her license in massage, and National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
