Each CryoTherapy treatment is just one to three minutes of cold exposure, but the effects can last for days. You step into a full-body chamber with your head being the only body part not submerged. Gloves, socks, slippers, and a robe are provided to wear. Your body is then exposed to extreme cold temperatures. The freezing conditions induce narrowing of blood vessels, reducing inflammation. Upon exiting the CryoTherapy chamber the body returns to normal temperature, the blood vessels will dilate, blood supply is returned to the extremities devoid of toxins and enriched with nutrients, anti-inflammatory proteins, endorphins and oxygen.
