The healthcare team at First Impression Dental is currently running a holiday food drive to support the Salvation Army. Nonperishable donations dropped off at First Impression Dental in Howard will be distributed through the Salvation Army food pantry and its holiday food basket program. Donations will be accepted until December 16, 2021.
The Salvation Army food pantry is the second largest and most utilized in Brown County. The food pantry can always use more pasta, noodles, rice, instant mashed potatoes, tuna, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, juice, spaghetti sauce, soup, canned fruits and canned vegetables. Gift Cards to local merchants are always welcome, as well.
To encourage donations, First Impression Dental is sponsoring a giveaway open to anyone who fills out an entry form during the food drive. This year, two randomly selected winners will receive a Sonicare EasyClean Toothbrush or a Waterpik Water Flosser. The winning entries will be drawn at the end of the day on December 16, 2021.
This is the ninth year First Impression Dental has run a holiday food drive for the Salvation Army. Last year’s appeal was a huge success. Over 2000 pounds of food was collected. First Impression Dental is located at 2360A Duck Creek Parkway in Howard.
