Through the generosity of caring patients and the community, this year’s annual appeal was a huge success. Between October 14th and December 17th, 2020 over 2,000 pounds of non-perishable food was collected at the practice of Dr. Tim Meyer and First Impression Dental.
Donations doubled compared to last year’s food drive. In addition, $420 of Woodmans’ gift cards were purchased with cash contributions. The food and gift cards were delivered to the Salvation Army food pantry, the second largest and most utilized food pantry in Brown County.
To encourage participation, First Impression Dental sponsored a giveaway of dental hygiene tools. The randomly selected winners were announced at the close of the food drive. Congratulations to this year’s winners — Nancy Vannievwenhoven, who won a Waterpik Sonic-fusion and Becky Bitters, who received a Sonicare EasyClean toothbrush.
Dr. Tim Meyer and First Impression Dental thank everyone who donated to the 2020 holiday food drive. This is the eighth year First Impression Dental has run an increasingly successful drive benefitting the Salvation Army.
