The Howard-Suamico Optimist Club was chartered in 1973. Traditionally the Club has chosen an outstanding member annually to receive their highest award of Lifetime Member. This member is someone that contributed great amounts of time on projects, fundraisers and events including chairing many events that have helped raise money to support our youth.
The Howard-Suamico Optimist Club is proud to award the 2024 Lifetime Member to Rebecca Agamaite. She has been a member since 2015 and was born into Optimism with both of her parents, Carlene and Jim Felmer having also been active members.
