November marks the third year anniversary of Dr. Dave the Barber being located at Sola Salon of Howard located at 2450 Velp Avenue just behind McDonald’s.
“It has been a difficult year having to be closed for 2 months”, Wickert said.
To celebrate his third anniversary, Dr. Dave will donate $2.00 from each hair cut during the month of November to St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter.
“Look Good, Feel Good” everyone feels better after a fresh haircut. Dr. Dave’s friend Lori, left her cooperate job to take a much less paying, but more rewarding job at St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter in Green Bay. She gave Dr. Dave the Barber the inspiration to help the homeless men, “Look Good, Feel Good” Wickert said. So, in November of 2017, Dr. Dave the Barber started giving free haircuts to the homeless men twice a month.
Dr. Dave the Barber is very appreciative to the many customers who made his three years at Sola Salon of Howard successful. Your continued business during November will help the many homeless men of Green Bay, “Look Good, Feel Good”.
