Stacy has been with Festival Foods for a little over six years. In that time frame, she has worked from the Milwaukee Market to Green Bay assisting with training HR Managers along with recruiting and onboarding new associates. She has an intense passion for people and ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to be successful.
Stacy will share with you how Festival Foods retains associates and how they have created an impactful associate engagement. From New Associate Engagement Walks, Onboarding Checklists, Associate Surveys, Associate Appreciation Week, Learning Program; you will leave this Lunch and Learn invigorated.
