The Village of Suamico Parks and Recreation Department is holding a Pumpkin Painting & Costume Contest. This spook-tacular contest will allow community members to get creative and go “all in” on their Halloween costumes. To enter, dress in your best costume and take a picture. Then, submit the picture via email to recdirector@suamico.org with your name and phone number. The Village of Suamico will post the top three winners on their social media sites.
This year’s judges will be members of the Suamico Fire Department. The top three winners will be contacted on October 31st.
On Tuesday, October 27th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. the Village of Suamico will be hosting a Pumpkin Painting pick-up and drive-thru trick-or-treating event. This event will be held at Ancestry Acres located at 12787 Velp Avenue.
The event will feature a drive-thru Trick or Treat at Ancestry Acres and a pumpkin painting pack so the entire family can enjoy an “at home” craft.
The Village of Suamico is requiring face masks to be on during the drive-thru trick-or-treating event. Maximum of two pumpkins per car. Proper CDC guidelines will be in place.
