Students from Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Center, Inc. recently attended Tae Kwon Do Winter Training Camp to focus on the essence of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Self-Defense, Forms, Board Breaking, One-Step Sparring and Free-Sparring. Students who attended camp now have a deeper understanding of why techniques work so they can execute strikes and blocks with more precision and efficiency. Students also benefit from better concentration, coordination, confidence and self-esteem.
