The Howard Commons Activity Complex is officially back open and preparing for a busy summer that is just around the corner! Currently, the roller-skating rink and Biergarten are open Fridays from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturdays from Noon to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from Noon to 5:00 p.m. Roller-skating is $4.00 per person. You are welcome to bring your own skates or rollerblades — rentals are available for $3.00 per pair. The Biergarten will have extended hours this weekend for those who want to enjoy the Draft without the chaos of Lambeau Field.

Two new event series will be introduced this summer. Trinkets & Treasures — an outdoor pop-up market will kick off on Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Browse for treasures underneath the Pavilion, or better yet, consider being a vendor.
Whether you want to have a rummage sale without the hassle on hosting at your house, you are ready to part with your vintage/antique items or you are ready to liquidate your collections — everyone is welcome to be a vendor.

Howard Commons’ Puzzles and Pints series will begin on Sunday, June 8th. Sign up your team of 4 and compete against other teams to see who can assemble the factory sealed 500 piece puzzle the fastest. Winning team takes home a special prize and all teams will take home their puzzle. Howard Commons is still soliciting vendors for the Farmers Market that will be held on Monday evenings June through September under the Arnold & Gloria Schmidt Pavilion. For more information, call 920-393-2629.

The Splash Pad will be opened in time for Memorial Day weekend and the Amphitheater is ready to host the first band of the season on May 31st. Check out the lineup for the Rock the Commons series on their website or Facebook page.
