The board of directors of Denmark State Bank and Denmark Bancshares, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Greeneway to the board of directors effective December 1, 2019.
Jeff Greeneway is a retired partner with Wipfli, LLP where he was the managing partner of the firm’s consulting practice. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of technology, risk management, cybersecurity and strategic planning. “I am honored to serve on the board of Denmark Bancshares and Denmark State Bank.
As a 110-year old financial institution, I look forward to continuing its legacy by helping guide and promote its growth and development,” stated Greeneway.
