North Shore Bank today announced Chris Boland, Vice President Consumer Lending Manager, recently was named Chairman of the Board for NeighborWorks Green Bay.
Boland has served on the board of NeighborWorks Green Bay for more than a decade and also is the organization’s chair of the governance committee and a member of the resource development committee. Boland brings his nearly 15 years of experience in the lending industry to the non-profit as it focuses on community development, housing revitalization and homeownership in the Green Bay community.
“The Green Bay area community in which I live and work is so important to me, and I’m thrilled to be able to continue serving my neighbors in need as chairman of the board for NeighborWorks Green Bay,” said Boland. “I look forward to using my lending expertise to continue to support NeighborWorks’ mission of homeownership empowerment and development.”
In addition to this achievement, Boland serves on the board of directors of the Green Bay Preble Optimist Club and the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also a member of the Realtors and Builders Association. Boland, a resident of De Pere, has been with North Shore Bank for more than 10 years.
