The Howard-Suamico Lions presented the Lions Club annual Community Service Award to Mary Styczynski of Suamico on Tuesday, April 16th. The presentation was made at Rivers Bend in Howard.
Mary Styczynski is a life long area resident who lives in Suamico. As a member of St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, Mary has been a constant help at the church’s many activities. She has made many quilts for Bay Port athletic teams with their pictures on the quilts. Mary has also served many years as the Vice President of the Howard-Suamico Historical Society contributing to the house and barn restoration projects adjacent to the Suamico Village Hall.
The Howard-Suamico Lions Club is proud to honor Mary Styczynski for her many years of humble and selfless giving. She exemplifies the Lions Motto, “We Serve”.
