For three consecutive years, Power of Dance studio has supported Feed My Starving Children by organizing teams of volunteers to help with their local MobilePack event. This year was their largest turnout ever, with 81 volunteers working over the course of three days in early October. Of those volunteers, 51 were students from their Academy Kids helping kids: Dancers and families support global charity

Festive and reverent. and add funny, and you have “Daddy D’s Christmas.” The dinner and show will be held at the Olde 41 Banquet Facility located above Vandervest Harley-Davidson located at 1966 Velp Avenue in Howard on Tuesday, December 10th. This is an intimate show with only 150 attendees. Everyone is in the first 5 Daddy D’s eighteenth season — celebrating the reason for the season

The Howard-Suamico Optimist Club recently presented a check in the amount of $3,500 to benefit the NEW Zoo Children’s Discovery Zone expansion and youth programs. This money is a result of the club’s 3rd annual HS Optimist Club presents donation to NEW Zoo

The Giving Tree is now accepting donations for their annual Holiday Store. New and unwrapped donations should be dropped off by Monday, December 9th. Monetary and gift card donations should be dropped off by Wednesday, December 4th. The Holiday Store gives families who have been selected based on need and financial hardships the opportunity to Now accepting donations for The Giving Tree’s Holiday Store
