Spork Café and Catering opened quietly in December at 1760 Riverside Drive in Vickery Village, Suamico. Stephanie Malone, owner and operator, comes with more than 15 years of experience in the fine dining and culinary industry.
Jaclyn Adams, director of operation, also comes with an extensive background and many of the soup recipes are exclusive to Jaclyn’s family. Located in the historic Bank of Suamico building, they offer a quaint atmosphere inside and the dog friendly patio is also now open.
Spork is a brunch café that uses locally sourced ingredients and environmentally friendly products. Their menu evolves and changes with the season.
Spork features locally roasted Terra Verde coffee which is certified organic and fair trade. Terra Verde also supplies delicious homemade ice cream which is now in season! You may also enjoy fresh soups, salads, smoothies and coffee drinks.
Looking for something a little stronger? Spork has a wine and beer menu and makes a great Saki Bloody Mary.
Spork Café is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Visit anytime or take part in the Grand Opening celebration. Spork’s Grand Opening will take place all week from June 4th through June 10th during regular business hours. Enjoy coffee drinks, scone samples, bloody marys and mimosas as well as breakfast and lunch specials.
